Today's post is another quickie, but cutie using digi stamps from Lindsay's Stamp Stuff. Today I chose the Doodle Tulip stamp and a pretty double sided paper from bo bunny. I colored the tulip with my Bic Mark-Its outlining the edges with a dark color and filling in with a lighter color. I trimmed around the image and glued it to the black patterned side of the paper. Next, I attached 3 hot pink brads to the piece and glued that to a square of cream cardstock. I used the remaining strip of patterned paper, (flowery side up) to glue across the middle of a black cardstock base. I attached a prima flower and a small sticker to finish it off. Sorry about the dark photo, but we have only had glimpses of sunshine here in Maine this month, and well, today, there's not even a glimpse! I thought this bright, flowery card would cheer me up and put a little color in my dreary, gray day! I hope it does the same for you!

That card would work for a lot of occasions get well, sympathy, birthday (I will scraplif this LOL) and aren't the mark its awesome...I think we need to start getting commission or else buy stock!

Lindsay, I think you are right! We should be getting a commission for all our praise of Bic Mark Its! Good idea...and by all means, please lift away!

Whoops! Didn't mean to go MIA..busy week! I love that Bo Bunny paper with Lindsay's image and the three pink brads are a perfect finishing touch! I love my Mark Its too! I've used them a number of times on white cardstock when I've needed a small piece of cs in a color that I didn't have.....then I realized I could just "Mark It"!! I haven't colored as much with them, so I always love seeing your creations coloring in images with them! :>
