Cool as a Moose!

Here is one of the Moose with Legwarmers ATCs that I made for Christie's swap at the Stamp Shack. I used my heart shaped coluzzle for stamping and framing the Moose, which is by Holiday Clear Stamps. I used studio g (aqua blue?), Tim Holtz distress inks in antique linen, vintage photo, tea dye, and faded jeans on the edges of the hearts. I colored the Moose image with watercolor pencils, layering colors from dark to light. The brown paper background was embossed in the cuttlebug, using the distressed stripes embossing folder. I attached flowers by GREENhouse and used fibers by FiberScraps for embellishments. The blue colored heart was attached with pop dots. The whole thing was attached to a creme colored piece of cardstock for stability.

ATCs with Matching Domino

This is a set of ATCs from another Stamp Shack Swap, this time hosted by Christie. Everyone made a set of ATCs, and one matching domino. I also previously posted my ATC with the matching domino as well. In the swap, I got Donna's cute Ladybug Domino, which she cleverly made into a book marker. I didn't find a blog address for Donna, so I couldn't do a link for her. Thanks so much, ladies, for giving me more beautiful art to add to my collection!

Here Comes the Bride

A friend of mine recently got married in Ireland. She was home for a visit this week, so her mother and I planned a little get together at my house to celebrate. I decorated this guest book with primas and die cuts for her mom to give her as a gift. I just love Willow Tree, and thought these embellishments gave it just enough extra to make it elegant.

These ATCs are SEW Special!

Just a quick post to show off the wonderful ATCs I received in a Stamp Shack Swap, hosted by our very own, "iloveflipflops" Sherri. I just love them all. The best thing about swaps is that even though we all have the same theme, each card is unique. Thanks for hosting a fun swap, Sherri. This was my first attempt at sewing on an ATC. I still don't know who the children are in the photo I used for my ATC, but I haven't forgotten them, and will post when I have more information.

I Need some Inspiration! Help!!!

I have bunches of images colored and cropped. I even have a couple of swaps I should be working on...but I can't seem to get creative with anything!!! AHHHHHHHGGGGHHHH! I've been coloring images lately, and making some card fronts with napkins, but I can't seem to get anything together. I also have these almost finished ATCs with a matching Domino, but couldn't decided what else to do with them. Anybody have any advice for me???? I'd be most grateful.
